Cooking Class

   Join Linh, the owner of a beloved family-run restaurant established in 1989, for a unique vegan cooking class rooted in tradition and wellness. Discover the secrets of healthy cooking and the ancient art of Yin-Yang balance to nourish your body and mind. Using only organic, locally-grown vegetables, Linh will guide you through time-honored techniques and recipes that celebrate flavor and health. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared with care and consciousness, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience that inspires your journey to wellness. You not only learn to cook but also learn about the cultural and spiritual lifestyle of the indigenous people.

The class is everyday: 9am-12:30pm or 2:30pm-6pm.

Learn how to make:

• Tofu and tofu skin from soy beans

• Make Dumpling & Wonton

• Coconut milk for soup & vegan ice cream

• Use special’Vietnamese knife cut banana flower, fresh lemongrass, grate papaya etc

• Rice flour for Vietnamese pancakes

We will cook 7 dishes:

• Special Vietnamese soup

• Tofu lemongrass with tomato sauce

• Vegan chicken salad (papaya and banana flower)

• Spring rolls

• Hoi An wontons

• Mushroom BBQ

•Vietnamese pankcake(bánh xèo)

   This experience begins with a vibrant visit to the local market, where Linh will introduce you to Vietnam’s rich variety of spices, unique exotic vegetables & fruits you may have never seen before. Learn about their health benefits, such as being rich in protein, antioxidants, helpful for managing diabetes etc. With over 37 years of experience cooking in her family restaurant, Linh is thrilled to share her knowledge and passion for ingredients that heal & inspire!
